Today is all about providing answers to all the questions you asked me. I recently put out a poll on my Instagram that you all should drop any questions you might have for me, and some of you did and i’m grateful. So without further ado, let’s get right into it.

How and Why did you start your blog?

I started blogging the summer of 2018, then I was doing my internship at the airport. I knew I always wanted to write but not a book, more or less like articles or things that just come to my mind. It was either a YouTube channel or a blog, but I wasn’t ready for a channel yet and I knew that blogging was quite easy for me to put my thoughts into words, so I created my first blog about lifestyle and beauty on Blogger.com (it’s a blogging platform) then early 2019, I moved to WordPress( this current site) because it was more user friendly. ( do you guys want a detailed post on how to start a blog? If so, comment below).

How have you been keeping yourself motivated to do makeup despite the quarantine?

Well I haven’t done makeup in two weeks for starters (I have been quite busy) , but when the lockdown first started I just wanted to stop thinking about what was happening in the world, which was why I turned to makeup, it helped take my mind of things. So the process of researching looks, looking for inspiration for any look and learning so many things kept me busy, besides I wasn’t going out then so there was enough time to do all that. In essence all I am trying to say is that channel your focus on one thing you want to learn or achieve and that way you can remove your mind from what’s happening in the world.

What’s your take on relationships?

Well I haven’t really been in many to know what it is about🤔 but I personally see it as a commitment that has benefits for both parties, but if you are not ready to put your all into it ,then you shouldn’t start the whole process at all because it would just lead to getting you and your partner hurt. Rather than entering into one and misbehaving later on, it’s better you don’t enter into the relationship at all. That’s just my opinion (what’s Your own opinion on relationship?) .

Outline your makeup steps

Hmm , well this is quite long but I do intend to write a post on my everyday makeup look soon and it will cover all the details ( do you all want it? Yes or No) but in summary, I start with my brows, then my eyeshadow, primer, foundation, set, contour and highlight then my lips depending on my mood, it can be lipgloss or lipstick.

What are your Top five dream countries you want to visit?

Ahn I have a lot o, but let me just list the top five on my list. Paris, Italy, Thailand, Egypt and Bali. I know weird right 😂 ( what is your own ?).

How do you juggle being an entrepreneur with studies without flunking?

PRIORITIES!!!. I have my priorities set out for me. I know that I came to school to study and graduate with good grades which is why that comes first before any other thing. Secondly I separate my time, everything academic is done on weekdays, the makeup and blogging is done on weekends whenever I am in school. So I can focus on both, because I know I cannot afford to fail in both categories.

How do you deal with nasty customers and discipline between your capital and your profits?

PATIENCE!! See ehn some people will make you want to run mad and question if you made the right choice but at the end of the day it all boils down to patience because if you don’t have that you will lose everything. To your utmost suprise ,most of these nasty customers are the ones that will refer you to other people later on, so I always just have patience with everyone of them without disrespecting myself and disregarding my worth in the process because that is also important. Secondly, my cousin gave me this advice on how to manage my profits from the business. He said out of the money you get, remove 30% =10% for God, 10% for yourself, 10% for your savings. The remaining balance should be put back into your business to make it grow bigger. ( This is my little secret that I decided to share with all of you💗).

What’s your take on this skincare products everywhere on the gram?

Hmm, my sister, I wonder also o. I see alot of people selling skincare products and I become confused as to whether or not they are legit. Reason why I haven’t really gone on my skincare journey to be honest. For me I always look for reviews and ratings.. if I see someone that advertises as a skincare expert , I research them all the way, check their page, their customers page, see if they are verified on Google, how many people patronise them e.t.c. I go all out before deciding on following them and putting them on list because some people out there are scam😂😏 and it’s better to beware of them.
