
Who so ever said Exercising is easy was lying, whenever I watch models or celebrities talk about how they keep their shape, they always say “I exercised and gymed” or ” they use the determination word” but as for me, i have come to realise that exercise or gyming is not for me..
I started a routine of doing a couple of exercise every morning before i start my day , it was going all well until Gbam; the pain struck almost everywhere, on my legs, waist and stomach. I literally couldn’t walk well for about 3 days and almost lost hope but then my friends kept saying that “when you feel pain, it means it’s working” that sort of encouraged me a little more, but I still couldn’t keep up because A) I am lazy and B) I had to go for classes by 8:00am. Then I just sort of forgot with reading, classes and sleep taking up my time. Honestly, i think i will just start a diet or something, or look for another method to loose weight(A girl cannot come and kill herself🙄) Or just try the gyming stuff during the holidays.
So anyhow you see me for now, biko manage me like that😂😂

Beautiful. I have always known you have all it takes to write. Go on my baby. The sky is the beginning. There’s no stopping you now.
From my point of view, I think i will go with exercise cause it keeps the heart, body and soul energised. Exercise should be added to our daily routine. It should be seen as a way of life. Even if we cheat at times, we can always make up for it. Exercise keeps our body system in check and keeps the body , mind and soul healthy. You may try out Keto as an alternative but I will still say add exercise to your daily routine.
